12.1.1 This arbitration award contains facilitation provisions allowing an agreement between the employer and the worker on how to apply specific provisions on bonuses in the workplace or in sections or sections of the bonuses. SCHEDULE “A” 30A.1.2 If a worker has exhausted all bereavement rights, including cumulative entitlements, he or she is entitled, in agreement with the employer, to unpaid bereavement leave.
